KSNB Series Self-temperature-compensation Semiconductor Gages
Kyowa
The KSNB Series Self-temperature-compensation Semiconductor Gages/Gauges use an N-type silicon as the resistive element to control the resistance temperature coefficient of the material according to the linear expansion coefficient of the measuring object. They have a self-temperature-compensation of 20 to 50ºC and an applicable linear expansion coefficients (×10-6/℃) of 11 and 16. They are able to withstand strain limits of approximately 0.1% at normal temperature and fatigue lives at normal temperature of 2x10^6±1000μm/m times.
