KSPH Series High-output Semiconductor Gages

The KSPH Series High-output Semiconductor Gages/Gauges have high resistance, thereby making high bridge voltage applicable to obtain high output voltage. They are made up of paper base and phenol-epoxy material and use P type Si as the resistive element. They are able to withstand strain limits of approximately 0.3% at normal temperature and fatigue lives at normal temperature of 2x10^6 (±1000μm/m) times.
